Since joining Charter Oak in 2004, Joe has recruited, supported and developed hundreds of brokers. His past roles as a general agent, compliance officer and district agent have been instrumental in this capacity, as well as in his management of complex negotiations with multinational and regional brokerage operations.

Joe’s areas of extensive expertise include non-qualified deferred compensation, estate planning, and business insurance with public and private institutions.

Joe resides in Branford, Connecticut with his wife and their four children.
