Ray’s demonstrated leadership capabilities and deep experience caught the attention of both the company and many younger professionals, who turned to Ray for guidance on their own development.  As Ray grew into a trusted resource, it became clear he would be a natural fit for the firm’s local leadership bench.

Today, Ray recruits, trains, and develops financial professionals in Charter Oak/MMNYC’s Chinatown office, with a singular focus on ensuring New York City’s Chinese American community has access to quality financial guidance as they plan for the future. He plays a key role in solidifying MMNYC as a destination firm for clients and professionals alike.
