Making the leap from flowers to financial services came with some stipulations: The company Lisa would eventually work for needed to have a solid reputation and share her values. The ability to make an impact was non-negotiable. She found the perfect fit in MassMutual, taking on increasingly complex service and strategy support roles before joining Charter Oak to lead the client experience department.

Lisa believes that providing an exceptional experience relies on respect, understanding, and giving it her all each day. She credits her love of nature and a daily yoga practice with her ability to breathe when the pace picks up; and the women in her life—including her two daughters—for being her biggest influences.

Perhaps most important thing in Lisa’s life is her family. She and her husband call Ludlow home. They have two adult daughters.
