Charter Oak Network Professional Jessica Holloway Receives 40 Under 40 Honor

Holyoke, Mass., May 18, 2023—Charter Oak Financial congratulates The Jamrog Group’s Partner & Chief Operating Officer Jessica Holloway, CFP®, ChFC® for being honored among BusinessWest’s 40 Under 40 winners. The Jamrog Group is a strategic alliance of Charter Oak.

The 40 Under 40 program highlights 40 of Western Massachusetts’ rising stars—all under the age of forty—in business, nonprofit management, and community service. Winners are judged based on a range of factors, from achievements in business to work within the community.

Ms. Holloway has focused her entire career on financial services, starting as an intern with Northwestern Mutual and becoming an investment consultant for MassMutual’s corporate headquarters before joining The Jamrog Group. Today, she builds creative, strategic financial plans for individuals, families, non-profit organizations and business owners while also playing an instrumental role in developing culture and talent across the entire Jamrog Group practice.

Outside of work, Ms. Holloway sits on the board for Girls on the Run, volunteers in her local school system, and is a host family for a Spanish exchange student. She lives in Feeding Hills, Massachusetts with her husband, their three sons, and their dog.
