About Me:

Trevor Lyne, CFP® is a Financial Planner and Advisor with The Davis Financial Group. Trevor joined the DFG team in the spring of 2026 after receiving his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner certification. His focus is on helping individuals, families, and business owners simplify complex financial decisions and move forward in their lives with a sense of confidence and empowerment.

Trevor earned a bachelor’s degree in financial services from Bryant University where he graduated magna cum laude and received the Financial Planning Graduation Award. He has developed his expertise through professional experience at several leading financial firms before joining The Davis Financial Group.

Trevor’s approach to comprehensive financial planning has been foundationally shaped by his personal experience. After his parents’ divorce at a young age, Trevor watched his mother navigate financial uncertainty while supporting their family—an experience that drives his commitment to helping others feel informed, confident, and in control of their financial futures.

Trevor works with clients who want more than a plan—they want to understand it. His process is built on clear communication, practical strategy, and a no-judgment approach, helping clients feel educated and supported as they navigate important financial decisions.

As a former Division I soccer player at Bryant University, Trevor brings a disciplined, performance-driven mindset to his work, with a focus on consistency, accountability, and long-term results.

Outside of work, Trevor has a passion for golf, enjoys hiking with his rescue dog Percy, and values spending time with his partner, Caroline, and her children.

Trevor holds Series 7 and 66 registrations, along with Life, Accident, and Health insurance licenses.
